Ashlie Adams is a production designer working across narrative features, music videos, commercials, and live activations.

Her background spans theater, textile design, and architecture, shaping a story-first approach rooted in space, material, and character. After studying at the University of North Texas, she spent several years living and working in Uganda and Tanzania, collaborating with artist communities and youth arts programs—an experience that continues to inform her sensitivity to place, culture, and lived-in detail.

Ashlie approaches design as world-building in service of story. She works closely with directors to develop a shared visual language, supporting tone, performance, and camera while leaving room for spontaneity. Her work is grounded in color, light, balance, and texture, creating environments that feel authentic, emotionally resonant, and alive. She brings a collaborative spirit, clear communication, and a calm presence to set—paired with a strong sense of humor.
